The sisters apparently did this so that they could visit her during the weekends. Unable to bear burying mum, Annie, after she died in 1997, Josephine, and Valmai Lamas spent more than $25,000 to keep her in cold storage at London funeral parlor and made weekly visits to sit with her in the parlor's chapel.
