44 year-old Ian Usher was so devastated after the breakdown of his marriage that he put all the trappings of his life up for sale - his three bedroom house, car, motorcycle, jet ski, a two week trial in his job as sales assistant in a rug store, details of his favorite bars and restaurants, and even introduction to his friends. He had been hoping to raise at least $100,000 more but conceded sadly: "I have received what people think my life is worth and that's that."
