A 22 year-old man from Houma, Louisiana, was arrested in possession of four plastic bags containing women's urine. Police said his modus operandi (Methods) was to disable the flush mechanism of a ladies' toilet in a department store after lining the bottom of the bowl with a plastic.

He would then come out of hiding from a neighboring stall immediately after a woman used the toilet and collect her urine, which he would proceed to label with appropriate descriptions such as "Old woman". According to reports, the police had yet to establish the motive of the man.
