When Ut Van Ho from Ada, Oklahoma, saw a 22 year-old man teasing or in his terms "harassing" his fishes in a fish tank by shinning them with a flashlight, he didn't give the best of responses.

He was charged with shooting the "harasser" during an afternoon game of cards in 1992. He rather shoot a person than have his fishes flashed using a flashlight.
