63 year-old Giovanni Greco was so keen to ensure that his future resting place would be a perfect fit that he often came and visited the builders constructing the tomb according to his exact specifications.

One day in 2002, he was making his customary visit to the construction site at Lascari, Sicily, when he climbed a ladder to get a better view of the work in progress. Alas, he slipped, fell, and hit his head on a marble step and dropped dead into his own grave.
