The arrest of 32 protestors where many of whom were in costumes was part of a pay dispute among staff at three Disney owned hotels in the area. The incident left tourists bewildered. One visitor from England said: "Nothing Disney could create could be more surreal than seeing Tinkerbell being handcuffed and bundled into a police van.
